I’m Kimberlin Sanchez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in San Diego.

I know that true change doesn’t come from surface level coping skills or quick mindset hacks. It comes from understanding why you push yourself so hard and learning the deeper patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of burnout, self-criticism, and over-functioning.

Many of my clients are insightful, self-aware, and successful. But they still feel anxious, exhausted, or like they’re constantly falling short. That’s where our work goes deeper. My approach is evidence-based, relational, and focused on lasting growth, not just symptom management. You’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and reconnect with your sense of self-worth. You’ll learn to what it feels like to not always be “on” and how to cherish more of the small moments you’re taking for granted.
